Winery review: This deep garnet colored Cabernet opens with inviting aromas of black cherry, blackberry, red raspberry, currant and hints of cedar, cocoa and cassis. Concentrated flavors of boysenberry, blackberry, plum, red raspberry and Bing cherry followed by notes of tangy black pepper and smooth vanilla in the long finish. Rich and full-bodied with nicely balanced tannins and structure.
My review: The nose of this wine was delightful with aromas of plum, cherry, and leather. It tasted like raspberries and black cherry with a light peppered finish. Absolutely delightful!
