Winery review: La Fiera Pinot Grigio is a delightfully fresh and crisp wine. It is both floral and fruity, expressing ripe peach and apple flavors with a subtle mineral finish perfect to drink as an aperitif or with salads, grilled chicken, and seafood.
My review: The nose was quite floral with hints of citrus as well as the sourness of lemon grass. The taste was true to the nose as it exemplified itself with lemon grass flavor in addition to a warm mouthfeel with a slightly buttery finish. This flavor profile was similar to other Pinot Grigio I have tried in a similar price range, but it did not stand out among these previous wines.
